Previous Developments

The Woodlands, Milltimber
Located in the sought-after suburb of Milltimber, The Woodlands was a highly desirable development of individually designed, two, four and five-bedroom, high-specification homes.
Barleyhill, Aberdeen
As part of the city expansion in 1983/85, the Barleyhill development saw the construction of 85 new homes in the Danestone area.
Cattofield, Aberdeen

Linksfield Gardens, Aberdeen
The largest project of its time in 1982, the development of 80 new apartments was completed over a two year period.
Union Grove Church, Aberdeen
Completed in 1978, Malcolm Allan Housebuilders converted the iconic Union Grove Church into 18 spacious apartments.
The Spires, Aberdeen
The Spires project was an ambitious development of 50 apartments on Great Western Road in Aberdeen completed in 1996.
