The Works, Inverurie
The Works is arguably one of our most iconic developments. Located on the site of the former Inverurie Locomotive Works, we have fully embraced the character and rich history of this unique location.

The Spires, Aberdeen
The Spires project was an ambitious development of 50 apartments on Great Western Road in Aberdeen completed in 1996.
Linksfield Gardens, Aberdeen
The largest project of its time in 1982, the development of 80 new apartments was completed over a two year period.
As part of the city expansion in 1983/85, the Barleyhill development saw the construction of 85 new homes in the Danestone area.
Union Grove Church, Aberdeen
Completed in 1978, Malcolm Allan Housebuilders converted the iconic Union Grove Church into 18 spacious apartments.
