A final look at the iconic Westgate South Showhome

This home has served us well in an area we've been building in since 2001. The Westgate South Showhome, completed in 2014, was, in fact, the last of a several showhomes we created for our Westgate developments in Inverurie.

Now the time has come for this home to graduate from 'showhome' to 'family home' as it passes over to its new owners at the end of April. Though we'll be sad to see it go, it makes us so happy to think of the memories that will be made in this beautiful home and how much joy it will bring the new owners. As a final send-off, here are just some of the highlights from a house that has wowed visitors over the years.

The first feature visitors see when they enter the showhome is the sweeping double staircase which instantly blows them away. Complemented by a striking, spherical chandelier, the entrance hallway sets the "dream home" tone before visitors have even seen the rest of the house.

The open-plan configuration of the kitchen/dining/lounge gives a flow that makes it perfect for entertaining friends or just relaxing with the family. Plus, storage and organisation lovers always marvel at the separate pantry and utility spaces!

The spacious master bedroom alone is enough to have visitors swooning. But add in a walk-in-wardrobe and a decadent en-suite with a wet room style shower area, and they find it hard to tear themselves away. Speaking of which…

It is no exaggeration to say that visitors fall head over heels in love when they enter this home’s bath and shower rooms. Spacious and luxurious, these rooms stick in the minds of visitors for all the right reasons.
