New homes being released at our Lochter ‘New Home’ event

These new homes will be released at the Lochter ’New Home’ event which takes place on Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th May from 10:30am to 5:30pm at our Lochter showhome in Inverurie.

This latest release will include 7 house-types including some arriving for the first time at Lochter. There will be a range of different styles and we are sure there will be one that is perfect for you.

All homes will also come with an LBTT contribution worth up to £10,000 plus a flooring package from Andersons of Inverurie worth up to £5,000, ensuring your home will look great inside and out!

You can also speak to an independent mortgage adviser at the event from Gail Reid Mortgage Services. They will be able to answer any mortgage queries you may have and, unlike when going direct to your bank, they review the wider mortgage market to ensure you get the most competitive mortgage deal available.
