Malcolm Allan Housebuilders win the double at the 2023 Trades Awards

The first for Brian Gibb who collected the ‘Site Manager of the Year’ award. This award is a testament to Brian’s hard work and the dedication of all the team on-site at our Blackhall South development in Inverurie.

Our second award, which saw a standing ovation in the room, went to our very own Malcolm Allan who received the ‘Outstanding Contribution’ award. This award is presented by leaders within the construction industry and really meant a lot to Malcolm and all of the team.

We would also like to congratulate all the other finalists and winners at the event. A special shout out to Gordon Gerrie of Monarch Builds who picked up the award for ‘Tradesperson of the Year’ which is sponsored by Malcolm Allan.
