Scottish Government has opened the First Homes Fund

The Scottish Government has announced that the First Homes Fund is now opened. This fund is a shared equity scheme designed to help First Time Buyers purchase their first home.

The Fund will provide a Scottish Government equity contribution of up to £10,000 towards the purchase of a property. It will be available for both new build and existing homes, subject to a £300,000 property price cap.
